
The information provided when a proposal/application for insurance is completed, becomes the basis of the contract of insurance. The insurer relies on the information provided by, or on behalf of, the applicant in making its decision whether to accept the risk.
When you apply for insurance, the insurance company relies on the information you provide to decide whether to insure you or not.
It is considered that no real risk exists, and therefore at this stage no emergency action will be undertaken, although if the situation changes in the foreseeable future we will review it and make the appropriate decision at that stage, depending on circumstances.
We do not consider that a risk exists, and will not take emergency action at this stage. However, if circumstances change we will decide on appropriate action.
